What should I do to reserve?

It is possible to reserve after checking availability and confirmation from the management.

How do I send the deposit?

The booking system requires a guarantee from the Guest. A 30% deposit is required as confirmation of the booking, to be paid in advance by bank transfer or by providing a credit card attaching your authorization to withdraw from it.

What are the cancellation terms?

To guarantee the reservation we need the details of a credit card and your authorization to withdraw the cancellation penalty from it or bank transfer of 30% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, the following will be charged: 30% of the total cost if the cancellation occurs before 30 days from the expected arrival, 50% of the total cost if the cancellation occurs before 14 days from the expected arrival and 100% of the cost total if the cancellation occurs 7 days from the expected arrival.

At what time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14.00; check-out before 11.00. If you want, on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at reception and pick them up later to pay a last visit to Cefalù.

Do you organize transfers to and from the airport?

We can organize for our customers a professional and personal shuttle service to and from Palermo and Catania airports.

How can I get to the hotel from the station?

If you arrive by train, get off at Cefalù station. Exit the station and head towards the seafront. Arrived on the seafront go in the opposite direction to the center along it you will find us on your left. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, right outside the station exit; a ride to the hotel costs about 10 euros.

Do you have a parking space?

Yes, we have an internal private garage.

At what time do you serve breakfast?

The breakfast is continental with cafeteria service and is served from 7.00 to 10.00.

Do you offer celiac menus?

Yes, on request we offer gluten-free products during breakfast.

Do you have Wi-Fi connection in the hotel?

Yes, we have free wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.

Is the hotel accessible to disabled?

Yes, our hotel is accessible to people with mobility disabilities.

Is there a swimming pool in the structure?

Yes, and it is located on the third floor of the hotel. The daily opening hours are from 09:00 am to 06:30pm Also on the third floor you will find the rooftop bar open every day from 04:00pm to 11:30pm.

Is the beach far from your hotel?

The hotel equipped beach is about 10mt away.

Do you have rooms for smokers?

By law (Article 51 Law 3 of 16/1/03) smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the hotel including the rooms. In our rooftop on the third floor smoking is allowed using the ashtrays present.
